Most agents spend the majority of their time and resources prospecting for new business – things like: door knocking, advertising, direct mail, floor-time at the office, open houses etc…
We devote ourselves to serving the needs of our clients before, during and after the transaction. All we ask from you, the folks that support our business is that we would like you to refer us other great folks like yourselves. When you come across friends, family, neighbors or even co-workers who are thinking of buying or selling a home and would appreciate the level of service we provide, ask them if they have a Realtor®. If not, then… Tell them about your positive experience with us. Ask their permission for us to give them a call. Then call us with their name and number. We’ll follow up and take great care of them.
You see, as long as you keep referring us we don’t have to go out prospecting like everyone else and we can do an even better job working for you and your great referrals.
